In a very awkward moment, Michael eventually succeeded in kissing Oscar on the lips. It got more awkward when Dwight got up and tried to kiss Oscar, too. At the end of the day, Michael felt he'd taught a lesson about homosexuality to the rest of the staff. Meanwhile, Jan offered Oscar three months paid vacation and a new car if he signed a document saying he wouldn't sue Dunder-Mifflin.
